Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice and set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and habanero peppers to the pot and sauté until the onions are translucent.
