What an absolutely life-changing cut of meat. Once again, these guys knock it out of the park with the quality of their beef. I smoked this brisket point for about 8-9 hours, and it made, hands down, the best smoked brisket I’ve ever made. Just simply remarkable. It will be exceedingly difficult for me to buy beef anywhere else. Their cuts are just that much better.
