3 out of 4 Were Fantastic
I ordered several filets and when I went to cook up four of them, three were absolutely great! The fourth was a bit tough. I guess every once in a while you can get a less than perfect one, however they are priced for perfection.

We have purchase many Filets over multiple years. Every one was amazing. We have not had better filets even at the finest restaurants.

Knocking off a star because of a confusing web purchase process and admittedly, some user error. I was hoping to get these filets same day and ended up waiting 5 days for them. The website said they were available so I assumed the pickup would be the same day. Not the case here. I think it would be helpful to know upfront that any order placed, even if available, could take more than a few days to receive. A factor in my case might have been that I thought I was ordering 2 filets, but ended up getting 4. The website says "filet x2" which I assumed meant two total, not two packages of two. A bit confusing.

Amazing! I ordered these for Christmas Eve dinner and they did not disappoint. I’m so thrilled to have found a local butcher who knows there stuff!
