As I remember.

I sorely miss the Picanha that the now closed La 2 Mooshi served. While I can't recreate the wonderful, friendly atmosphere of the restaurant, I was able to recreate their wonderful Picanha. And I wouldn't have been able to without Farm Field Table's offerings. Thanks!

Best picaña ever grilled

Cooked it on the grill and pushed the cooking time so as to not have to slice it. My wife loves and kept saying that it was the best picaña she ever had. Inc local Brazilian restaurants

Picanha Rocks!

I grilled outside on rotisserie with coarse salt and the taste was just like Brasil!
