Through individual purchases and packages, such as our latest (Filet & Ribeye), we are working our way through as many items as possible and have been thoroughly pleased with everything. I love the opportunity to try an array of unique cuts not found in the typical meat dept. I'm spreading the word as much as possible with family and friends and highly recommend everyone try your products.

I sent this to my daughter as a house warming gift and she was just thrilled! Every steak was perfect and greatly enjoyed! I was so impressed I ordered the large butcher package for myself !
