Air-chilled and pasture-raised whole turkey. Free from hormones and antibiotics. They are sure to be the perfect centerpiece for any table. 

We recommend 1.25-1.5 lbs per person, depending on appetites. A 14-18lbs turkey will feed approximately 10, and an 18-22lbs turkey will feed approximately 14.

Great Turkey

I bought two turkeys, one for Thanksgiving and one for the Sunday after, and did the recommended dry brine for both. Both came out amazing and I had a lot of compliments from my guests.

Impressed Grandma

We had the turkey spatchcocked, used the dry brine and some olive oil. The turkey was crispy and juicy and so flavorful. This was my first time hosting Thanksgiving and my grandma gave me her approval to host again next year!

Turkey Dinner

We purchase four of these every year. This year, 3 were spatchcocked and 1 wasn't. At all depends on how our kids are preparing them each year. This year they were particularly fantastic. Very moist and flavorful.

Best Turkey Ever!

While I take some credit for the preparation and cooking, this was the best turkey we ever had for Thanksgiving and I know a lot is due to the quality of the key ingredient.
