High Quality

The first skirt steak I’ve ever purchased was from FFT and it was beautiful and well trimmed. We’ve gotten many more since and they make wonderful fajitas and broiler steak and hold marinates very well. We were on such a skirt steak kick after that I bought a few from Meijer - I was absolutely STUNNED at the difference in quality. At Meijer, you’re paying per pound for mostly fat and gristle. It was awful. Never again! FFT FTW!
