So good!

My husband and I agreed that this is the best turkey we've ever tasted, so good, so juicy and tender turkey has always been my favorite meat, and would have it once a week if I could, I could stretch out alot of meal's just from the leftovers, great prpdy

Great Turkey

I bought two turkeys, one for Thanksgiving and one for the Sunday after, and did the recommended dry brine for both. Both came out amazing and I had a lot of compliments from my guests.

Impressed Grandma

We had the turkey spatchcocked, used the dry brine and some olive oil. The turkey was crispy and juicy and so flavorful. This was my first time hosting Thanksgiving and my grandma gave me her approval to host again next year!

Turkey Dinner

We purchase four of these every year. This year, 3 were spatchcocked and 1 wasn't. At all depends on how our kids are preparing them each year. This year they were particularly fantastic. Very moist and flavorful.
